For years, I’ve been living in two worlds: my walk with Christ… and my life in the fitness industry. But the deeper I’ve gone in my faith, the more I realized they were never meant to be separate.

Fitness is spiritual.
The body is sacred.
And what we do with our bodies deeply matters to God.

Theology of Fitness is a space where I bring it all together — the discipline of training, the beauty of the human body, the power of Scripture, and the spiritual meaning behind how we move, eat, and live.

If you’ve ever felt like fitness culture left you empty… or like your spiritual life didn’t have room for things like weight training, nutrition, and physical transformation — this channel is for you.

In this video, we talk about how our culture has been shaped by dualism — the false belief that body and soul are separate — and why that lie is damaging so many people on their fitness journey.
