Bishop Evelio Menjivar entered the United States illegally at just 20 years old after escaping civil war in El Salvador. Now a U.S. citizen, he serves as an auxiliary bishop of the Archdiocese of Washington. Montse Alvarado spoke with him at his parish about the Latino church, the issue of immigration, and his hopes for the future.
