The U.S. Supreme Court is hearing an important case regarding religious freedom and tax exemptions for Catholic Charities. The case centers on whether the organization, which carries out a religious mission, should be exempt from paying unemployment taxes. Catholic Charities argues that it is a charitable organization that carries out a religious mission.
